The Electricity Authority of Cyprus (EAC) the biggest Employer in Cyprus, hired our experts to build a performance management system for the total organization.
The building of the Performance Management System would be based on the Business Balanced Score Card (BBSC).
To obtain the optimum results the following steps have been taken:
- Review of the vision and mission of the EAC. This was performed during a summit meeting of the management
- Review and final documentation of the Strategy (done during the above summit as well)
- Finalization of the Critical Processes of the Organization
- Proposals of the experts and finalization of the KPI’s and owners of the Critical Processes of EAC. Validation by the General Manager and the BOD
- Training teams of all managers and Engineers of EAC in EAC’s training rooms
After approval by the Teams the BBSC was implemented in the management structure
